■Product Details.
_Fot Mule. A round toe mule with a slightly voluminous last. The wood heel series is the most iconic of the collection. The wood of the heel is made of natural wood carved by hand by craftsmen who specialize in furniture. The upper is made of high quality cow leather. It is a material that is supple and soft, and has a firm feel unique to leather that feels good on your feet. Leather sole is also used for the lining and outsole. The more you continue to wear them, the more they will adapt to the shape of your foot, and you will find that they are comfortable and have a great fit. The toe part has a sharp finish, and the entire upper has a nice voluminous shape. The heel part has a unique shape with a circle wood heel turned sideways. The sides and bag style are distinctive. Although it has a mule design without a heel, it is extremely easy to walk in. There is a foil stamp of "_Fot" on the insole.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
