This is an important notice regarding point transfer , so please read the following.
What changes with store migration?
① The appearance of the store will change.
With the launch of the online store, we will update the shop page to make it easier to view.
By using FILTER search, you can narrow down the product list to only the products you want to see.
②The shop URL will change.
Along with the online store,
The shop URL will change from https://ciacura.shop-pro.jp/ to https://shop.ciacura.jp/.
Although it is possible to jump to the new page from the existing URL, we recommend that you change your bookmarks to the new page.
③The membership system (point system) will change. ※important
The way you accumulate and use points will change with the launch of the online store. .
It is also possible to carry over the points you have accumulated at the previous store, so please check the following.
About the new point system and point transfer

Also, points accumulated in the old store can be transferred to the new system as 1 point = ¥66.
For customers who have placed an order within the past year,
We will send you an email from September 1st to September 3rd, 2023 containing the "linkage key" required for the transfer, so please check it.
If you cannot confirm your email, please contact us so we can resend it. Contact Us
After registering as a member at the new store, enter the linkage key provided in the email in the "Linkage Key" field on the membership screen to complete account linkage.
Please make sure that the transfer points from the old store are reflected.
