About product inventory

Our shop shares stocks and sells inventory at actual stores and multiple online shops. We are working hard to update the number of stocks, but we may not be able to prepare products depending on the timing of your order. In the unlikely event that the product cannot be prepared due to out of stock, we will contact you by e -mail or telephone. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding beforehand.


About return / exchange

The product return is only when the product is a defective product, or when a product that is different from the ordered product arrives. In the above case, please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days. We will respond immediately. In the unlikely event that there is no exchange product, we will refund the amount requested at the time of ordering.

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

・ Returns for your convenience
When the same product is in stock and can be replaced
Products that have been over 7 days since the arrival of the product
Opened product
Products that have been damaged by customers
If you lose your package or accessories
