Masaki Tomabechi creates contemporary pottery based on white, black, and turquoise. Influenced by Indian jewelry, his works are characterized by a technique called ``kanyu,'' which involves pouring ink into the cracks created by the difference in shrinkage rates between glaze and clay. It expresses the "spider web" pattern seen in turquoise.
Recommended size for small rice bowls, small bowls, and for those who don't like a regular bowl.
