■Product Details.
``CHEAK'' is a hook-type leather shoe that Hender Scheme has developed as a standard item. After considering the shape of the new sandal, we created a hook-like design at the angle of a dress. The welt is single (specifying that only half of the toe side is exposed) to control the balance of the shoe. The toe part has a sharp finish, and the entire upper has a nice voluminous shape. The front is decorated with decorative stitching. The lining is also luxuriously made of cow leather. Very careful and detailed attention has been paid to details such as the finishing of the edges and welts, and the height of the heel. "Hender Scheme" engraved on the heel. Coarse kip leather with plenty of oil and wax is used for the entire upper, giving it a wild finish while emphasizing the decorative stitching. We purposely use leather that has noticeable scratches and blood lines. Whether you wear denim or slacks, bare feet or socks, these sandals can be worn all year round in a variety of situations.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.


Limit on number of purchases

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.


About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
