■Product Details.
A knit stole that pays homage to the color scheme of Ben Nicholson's work, which is the theme of this season's collection.

・Material and fabric
A knit material based on kid mohair using long-pile yarn called tam tam yarn. Mohair, which is the hair of Angora goats, has smaller scales (scales on the surface of the fiber) than wool, and has a smooth, soft texture and an elegant luster. In order to express the atmosphere of the work, the fabric is knitted and then brushed to blur the boundaries of the colors, and then a crepe finish is applied to recreate the texture of the piece. (Normally, a napping process is applied after the fibers are fulled.)

·design
A large stole with a total length of 2.4m. Since the color scheme of the work is arranged throughout, the left and right sides will have different color schemes when worn around the neck. This is an elegant stole that can be worn by unisex.

・Ben Nicholson (1894 -1982)
British abstract painter. In his early years, he produced works close to those of Paul Cézanne and Cubism. After that, he joined Seven and Five Society, Unit One, and Apstraction-Creation, and turned towards abstract works. Regarding abstract works, he created thoroughly geometric abstract works such as white sculptural reliefs. Many of the works are not just paintings, but often contain sculptural elements, and many of the works are muted in color, such as white or pale colors. He was one of the leading figures in British abstract painting.
