Classic denim bell bottoms from SUGARHILL. Flared denim with a Levi's 684 motif. Belt loops are flush with the waist belt. Buttonholes on the front fly are threaded through and stitched. Custom-made iron neova buttons, copper rivets, and horsehide leather patch. The fabric is SUGARHILL's original 14.5oz denim fabric made by Nippon Menpu, based in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture. The main raw material is American cotton, which is characterized by its hard uneven shape, and the warp threads are indigo rope dyed, while the weft threads are dyed khaki instead of ecru. The fabric fades quickly because it is not dyed all the way to the core, but the weft threads are dyed khaki, creating a deep, vintage-like fade.
