Product Details.
The innovative functionality and technology of Air-Conditioned Clothing®, known as work wear, is retained in this vest, which is updated as street wear by projecting FreshService's size balance.

The outer fabric is made of nylon taffeta with an attractive stretch property that does not hinder movement. Its lightweight and soft texture allows you to enjoy a stress-free wearing experience. Turning on the battery switch in the inside pocket activates the fan, which draws outside air into the garment. The heat of perspiration vaporizes and cools the body, creating a comfortable environment inside the garment even in mid-summer.

It is also highly versatile and fits a variety of scenes and styles, such as BBQs, camping, outdoor festivals, location shooting, and carrying goods in the heat. The refreshing feeling of being cloaked in a cool breeze is a new "urban lifestyle wear" for spending time comfortably in extreme heat.

The output can be adjusted in four levels: 3.3V, 5.0V, 6.0V, and 7.2V.
Furthermore, there is a mode that gently changes between 7.2V and 6.0V at 3-second intervals to extend battery life without losing as much as possible the feeling of using at 7.2V, allowing adjustment to a suitable blast of air depending on the temperature and wearing scene.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Please understand and accept the following points before ordering.

The colour and texture of the products may appear slightly different depending on the device and environment used.
The dimensions given in the product description may have slight deviations.
The product may have minor scratches and scuffs that are unavoidable during the manufacturing process.
Depending on the material of the product, there may be individual differences in colour irregularities, texture and pattern.


Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.


Limit on number of purchases

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.


About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
