About Down

The down used inside is made by ZANTER, a long-established Japanese down manufacturer that has been used by the Antarctic Research Expedition since 1956.

Its reliable heat retention makes it feel like you're wearing warm air.

The ultra-lightweight material used for the outer surface makes it so light that you'll forget you're wearing it.

If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)

If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
