【About product】
This product is a bamboo-type incense stick stand made by hand from solid brass without plating or painting. In order to take advantage of the texture of the brass base, the surface is lightly finished, but as it is used, the color will gradually become darker, giving it a unique taste and increasing the beauty of the brass body. .

【how to use】
Place the stand on a flat surface and do not place anything flammable around it. Place the incense in the pipe, light the tip, then extinguish the flame and let the smoke linger. Ash cannot be completely captured, so if you are concerned about this, please place a non-flammable tray or other receptacle under the stand. While burning, do not place it in a place where it will be exposed to direct wind, such as near an air conditioner vent.

[Cleaning method]
The best feature of brass is that its color and texture change as it is used. The appeal of brass is that you can enjoy its changes over time, just like the aging of leather products. You can restore the original shine and color by polishing it with a commercially available metal abrasive (metal polish, etc.) or polishing cloth. At this time, please be careful not to hold the pipe where the incense is inserted too strongly or put any load on it, as this may cause damage.

The recommended metal abrasive is 3M's sponge abrasive.
A beautiful finish can be achieved by using it in stages from coarse to fine grain size.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges

If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
