Materials and fabrics
'Product-dyed polyester-lined' textile. Product dyed 100% cotton-like polyester backed fabric with a dry touch cotton-like polyester yarn on the surface and a bulky polyester yarn on the reverse side. The soft finish has a texture very close to that of sweet-knitted cotton backed yarn.

Design.
Loose-fitting silhouette with room in the body and arms for a comfortable fit and relaxed impression. Sleeve ends and hem are ribbed with waffle fabric and adjusted so that volume accumulates at the sleeve ends. Seam pockets are also a nice feature. The fine, carefully aligned stitching is also a good thing about this sweatshirt, and FIRMUM is particular about the fact that it does not feel stressed even when in direct contact with the skin. There is no stretching, which is common with cotton knit fabrics, and the item is very stable while having a soft, product-dyed texture.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.


Limit on number of purchases

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.


About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
