■Product Details.
・Material and fabric
The fabric is based on CORDURA nylon thread, which has excellent abrasion resistance, and is mixed with stretchable polyurethane to give it vertical and horizontal stretch. The material is easy to care for and has excellent water repellency and wrinkle resistance, and can be washed at home.

The lining is lined with polyester fabric to improve durability and sleeve fit.

·design
A tailored jacket made with a voluminous silhouette typical of FreshService. The lapels and pockets have a basic and minimal design, and the cuffs can be adjusted with snap buttons. FreshService name print imitating a care tag on the right hem.

Before ordering

Cancellation of orders

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
