This crew-neck sweater pays homage to Ben Nicholson's work, which is the theme of this season's collection.

Materials and Fabrics
This material is a mix of fine kid mohair, wool, and nylon. It is knitted using a long-fur yarn called tam-tam yarn. Compared to wool, mohair, which is the hair of Angora goats, has smaller scales (scales on the surface of the fiber), giving it a smooth, soft texture and an elegant luster. After the fabric is knitted, it is shrunken in order to blur the color boundaries and give it a worn-in look and feel. (Usually, raising is done after shrinking the fabric.)

Design
This cardigan features a jacquard pattern that pays homage to Ben Nicholson's work, which was the inspiration for the collection. The neck is V-neck,The front has a five-button design with luxurious buttons. The delicate fur material and coloring are fun, and can be worn peeking out from outerwear.

Ben Nicholson (1894 -1982)
English abstract painter. In his early years, he produced works similar to Paul Cézanne and Cubism. Later, he joined the Seven and Five Society, Unit One, and Astraxion-Clarcion, and moved toward abstraction. For his abstract works, he produced thoroughly geometric abstractions, including white sculptural reliefs. His works are not merely paintings, but many of them contain sculptural elements, and many of them have a restrained use of color, such as white or light-colored ones. He was one of the strong leaders of British abstract painting.
