This day bag is a collaboration item with "kiruna" that uses Matsusaka cotton throughout. It has plenty of capacity, is excellent in terms of functionality, and has been carefully calculated to fit the body and reduce load, making it an extremely excellent bag. The bottom is made of suede leather (cow leather). The length of the shoulder strap can be adjusted to fit your shoulders, and it has 4 inner pockets, 1 key strap, and 1 outer pocket (waterproof zip). It has a wide gusset and a large capacity. The inside of the bag is made of nylon material for strength. The side has the piss name "kiruna" and "MADE IN JAPAN". This is a bag that you can use for a long time. This is a slightly larger M size type.

・As the material is dyed with real indigo, the color will change from dark blue to a deep blue if you wear it repeatedly or wash it many times.
・Please avoid using it in combination with white or light colored items as the color may transfer. The color will fade when washing, so please wash separately.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Before ordering
As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders
As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.
Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.
Limit on number of purchases
The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges
However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.
If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance
If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
About the indicated prices
Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
