Before Placing Your Order

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise for reasons related to the customer’s preferences, such as “it’s not what I expected” or “the size doesn’t fit.” If you have any questions or concerns, please consult with our staff first.

Order Cancellation

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

We make every effort to manage our inventory, but if we are unable to secure the items you ordered for unavoidable reasons, we may have to cancel your order.

Purchase Limit

We may impose purchase limits on certain products. Orders placed from multiple accounts believed to belong to the same person, or orders suspected of using bots, may be canceled or the quantity reduced.

Returns and Exchanges
