■Product Details.
・Material and fabric: Woolen material made from ultra-fine merino wool from Australia, which has the same fineness as cashmere. Super 160's ultra-fine fibers are spun into wool using a unique blend. After soft weaving, it is shrunk and finished with a process called mosser processing, which smooths the surface by shearing the fuzz. This material is characterized by its smooth texture and warm, light feel.

- A trench coat with a moderate amount of room throughout the design, and an A-line silhouette that makes a statement. It has a standard trench coat design with a concealed 5-button placket. The buttons are made of high-quality buffalo horn. Hand warmer pockets are located around the waist. The sleeves are raglan sleeves that allow for a wide range of motion. They are comfortable to wear, and the sleeves are set so that they fall nicely off the shoulders. An adjuster belt is included at the end of the sleeves, which can be adjusted in two stages. The back hem has a center vent for ease of movement. There are inner pockets on the left and right sides of the back of the body.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Before ordering

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "it's not what I imagined" or "the size doesn't fit." If you have any questions or concerns, please consult our staff first.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
