■Product Details.
ROTOTO’s popular Spring/Summer LINEN COTTON series has been upgraded. While the styles and knitting techniques remain the same, the materials have been upgraded to high-quality French linen and organic cotton.

This linen is harvested in the Normandy region of France, renowned as a leading producer of linen. We use a premium grade known as "first-class flax," characterized by its long, supple fibers.Additionally, the organic cotton is spun using a compact spinning method that minimizes fuzz, reducing the amount of lint that sticks to the soles of your feet after wearing. We use a special knitting technique to ensure the soft cotton is on the inside against the skin and the cool, breathable linen is on the outside, delivering a comfortable wearing experience.

*This product is knitted with a slightly loose fit to account for the fabric’s natural stretch after washing. Washing it once will help it conform to your feet and provide a comfortable fit. Please avoid using a dryer, as this may cause shrinkage.

Before ordering

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices
