The 'your choice' personalisation line, which customises Enderschema products, has expanded to include select shops. Each retailer stocking Enderschema will select their own colourway, launching a special colour assemble series.

This season, Chiraku presents the Assemble Hand Bag Tall S in three exclusive colours selected from Chiraku's perspective.

The assemble series tall-type handbag S features a distinctive appearance achieved by riveting leather panels together, alongside a unique construction method that employs no stitching whatsoever. Crafted from glass leather, characterised by its lustrous surface finish, the design also showcases an appealing material contrast with the undyed leather sections on the reverse.

A handbag featuring a simple design with a magnetic closure. Its shape is designed to form a trapezoid, achieved by orienting the side panels to open upwards. Its size is just right for short outings or everyday use. The surface features embossed Hender Scheme branding.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.

Limit on number of purchases

The number of purchases may be limited for certain products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
