The ultimate minimalist metal frames from NOCHINO OPTICAL, combining the craftsmanship of Sabae, Japan's world-class eyewear mecca.Eliminating all decoration such as engravings and arabesque patterns, NOCHINO OPTICAL pursues a timeless, genderless functional beauty.

All frames are made of lightweight and highly durable titanium.In particular, the front rim is made of 0.9 mm-thick titanium, instead of the 1.0 mm-thick titanium used for Sabae-made glasses in general.
It has achieved both a clean look from the front and durability.

The temples are made of β-titanium, which is both flexible and elastic. The flexible bending allows them to fit naturally to the wearer's face, providing a stress-free fit even when worn for long periods of time.The spoon shape at the tips of the temples is designed to provide both stability and comfort in the ear as well as a pleasing appearance.The hinges, which are the key part of the frame, are made in the traditional method of precisely cutting from a single piece of metal using the "warichi" structure, which combines robustness and beauty that only handmade by skilled craftsmen can provide.

Dimming function
One of the brand's iconic points of reference is the UV-responsive, colour-changing, light-tinted lens specification, which changes from a greenish grey in the absence of UV to a darker grey when it reacts to UV.
